The Astral 5.0 is the latest version of our women's specific race vest, featuring the patented HerFit Harness and offering a capacity of 9 liters. The HerFit Harness is a strap system designed specifically for women, allowing the chest, heart, and lungs to have freedom without any restrictions. The front harness of the Astral 5.0 has been updated to accommodate various hydration options, while the pack itself utilizes our UltrAcool Light Mesh for breathability and durability. It is lined with soft-perimeter binding for comfort during long wear.
The Astral 5.0 features a spacious shoulder pocket for carrying cell phones of any size and comes with 8 pockets for customizable gear storage. The MaxO2 System side compression adjustment ensures a secure fit, whether the pack is empty or fully loaded, while also reducing heat retention. The main compartment is expandable and equipped with string compression to keep larger items stable. Additionally, a 2-liter reservoir is included.
This vest is designed for universal sizing, with a total volume of 427 cubic inches (9 liters) and a fluid capacity of 2 liters. With the reservoir, the weight is 14.3 ounces (405 grams), and without the reservoir, it is 10 ounces (283 grams).
