Made of 82% Polyester, 5% Spandex, 8% Nylon, and 2% Rubber Wire, the vest weighs just 0.3 lbs (141.74 g). With the bladder included, the weight increases to 12.0 oz (340 g), and without the bladder, it is 6.1 oz (173 g). The capacity of the vest is 4 Liters (244 cu in), with dimensions of 16 x 16 x 4 inches. To care for your vest, simply hand wash cold with mild detergent and line dry. Avoid using bleach or fabric softener, and do not iron or dry clean.

The 4 Liter Hydration Pack offers functional hydration for a comfortable running experience. It features two water-resistant pockets, two new kangaroo pockets, and a new shape for enhanced breathability and storage capabilities – perfect for race day.
